Debunking Sleep Series: The hows, whys, and anything in between

It has been a while since I have posted a blog. I have been overloaded with a heavy workload, class assignments/tests, and life in general.

Things can get overwhelming quickly.

Almost everyone has heard the idea that when we are stressed or have a big day, you should get enough sleep. As someone that is going through the ups and downs of life right now (or maybe thrown around, not going through), I can tell you that sleep is something that I have a complicated relationship with and have a lot of questions about.

I am going to be starting a sleep series with the hopes that I can debunk presumptions you may have or inspire you to ask your own questions regarding your own sleep patterns and habits.

My goal is to target questions like what are dreams and how do they happen?, do bedtime and morning routines work?, and how the heck can we make getting out of bed easier in the morning?

Ready to get started?

Read on for Part 1 of the Debunking Sleep series that talks all about our sleep cycles and dreams.

Stay humble,

Emily
